I have brought this cars back to life!  They are not restored to museum quality, but they are freshly painted, new rebuild engines, new seats, etc.  They do rattle a little, the gas gauges need to be replaced and some little things need to be taken care of and the top speed is about 70km (46mph) per hour, which is about the speed limit, but you will remember this memory for a lifetime! The Jeep goes from 0-30 in 10 seconds!  They were not built 50 years ago for speed, they were built for the rough road conditions, which is exactly what you want for Costa Rica!!!  And the open air experience​ is something you will remember for a lifetime!  And take plenty of photos!!
