You must be 21 to rent the vehicle and 18 years old with a valid driver's license to drive. The renter takes full responsibility for the equipment they rent and who they let drive.
Please be aware that accidents, breakdowns, or other disruptive events can happen at any time. We will always do our best to ensure you are in a vehicle of equal or greater value when available.
You may request a full refund with 48 hours of making your reservation if booked at least 14 days in advance. If you booked less then 14 days in advance, the transaction is non-refundable but may be used toward another rental or gift certificate.
I hereby waive and release Paradise Moto Rentals, it owners, agents and
employees from any liability and/or claim for personal injury, property damage, or death that may arise from my use of this vehicle rental even if such cause can be associated in any way by the acts or failures to act of the Company, or any of its agents, or employees in the inspection, maintenance and/or from customer's use of this vehicle.
All drivers must have a valid driver's license from their country of citizenship.
Please drive in a safe, responsible, and legal manner. Unsafe operation may result in early termination of rental agreement.
On the day of the rental there is a $500 damage fee authorization on any major credit card.
